Individual (person living alone) .........................................................$35.00
Your subscription gets you $100.00 deducted from you balance,
per emergency call. For persons joining the Ambulance membership,
East Butler Ambulance Service reserves the right to bill for actual services from any third party insurance carrier that the subscriber may have.
